-Get officers setup (ranks, category/boards, permissions)
-Start general topics (How to sign up, Rules & Regs, Guild Policy, Bank loot list)
- Start sticky guides (Boss breakdown, Mount farming,Stat breakdown [hit, agi, str, wis, crit], Guide Format, Gear Breakdown [t1 vs t2, set bonuses, and ideal loot])
