Divine, PvE\PvP
Pros: This spec works equally well for tier 1 and tier 2. You still have the upgraded buffs as well as all the necessary healing spell upgrades (instant Restore, cheap Ring of Healing, and Divine Light effects). It is ideal for pure healing PvP, rather than the hybrid style of part healing and part damage.
Cons: There are no points into soloing options. You will need help, but it is worth it to be amazing in dungeons.
Not really a pro or a con, but this spec doesn't offer Revelation (the final rank of improved restore), which for newer or lesser geared players it's often good to take over Fire of Faith. End game dungeons usually focus more on group healing (and your tank is usually better geared as well), so it can become a hindrance at higher gear/skill levels.
Military, PvE/PvP
Pros: This spec is designed for fist weapons, although it still works for 2-hand (although more points in Staff Master are useful with a 2-hander -- there aren't a whole lot of places to pull points from). The 1 point in Staff Master allows you to still get the stun effect from Mantis Cudgel when you do switch to a 2-handed weapon for PvP.
Cons: There aren't any real cons to this spec as it offers just about everything you need. Any deeper into Divine would be wasted and there isn't anything critical from Martial missing.
