Being new to 60, it is accepted that the talent skills which helped you level your character are unlikely to remain unchanged to reach higher level content. Most players are going to alter their talents to accomplish this. Discussion in this section includes a collection of time-tested specs that should help you craft the most effective character possible. The class leaders listed below are a wealth of knowledge and can help if you have any questions about talents or effective skill rotation; they will give you the best, most accurate information about your class. Also included in this link is how to contact your class leader, items you should always keep stocked and an introduction to the gear you will either buy or collect from participating in dungeon groups.
Talents/Class Specs:
The first thing that you should be aware of is that the talent spec you have crafted and used to level will probably need alteration to maximize your skills against high-level combatants, like dungeon Bosses. Additionally, higher-level gear will make things like talent-pointed “hit” superfluous, those points being better used elsewhere. If you are an experienced Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) player, you will realize quickly that variability in talent specs is not as common in Order and Chaos as it is in, say, World of Warcraft. Well-vetted talent specs are posted for each class and tree here with discussion and rationale:

An Officer in our Guild represents each class, if you have additional questions. The best way to communicate with Class Leaders is to privately message them in game, private message them on WeChat or posting to our Guild Forum. It is our preference that you utilize the latter so that all players might benefit from the expertise of our class leaders.

Shopping List:
Before we get into specific things that you should do once hitting level 60 in subsequent discussions, we will take a quick look at things you should consider purchasing.
Teleports/”Wings”:
Always carry a stack of teleport wings for each zone. This will save you a huge amount of time and make you able to quickly respond to requests for group. The “Wing” vendor, Flying Jack, is located in the Observer’s Market in Greenmont.
Potions:
Though the amount to carry is debatable and driven by character financial status (gold), it is a good idea to carry at least a stack of Exquisite Health Potions across class types. Experienced mana-users (Monks and Mages) are additionally always stocked with Exquisite and Major Mana potions. We do not have a recommendation on the amounts of each to carry, but can say that you will use these frequently to maintain either effective healing or high quality, consistent damage against enemies. Additional shopping list items might include:
Upgrading your riding skill so that you can capture the highest level mounts for your race. As one of our Guild Officers stated, “A little preparation before mount hunting saves a lot of disappointment, frustration and eventually rage.” Many online resources discuss both the strategy and location of mounts that can be captured by players. An example is found at the following link:

Rune Stone Gear:
Each class has a specific vendor that sells the base Tier 1 gear. The caveat here is that Rune Stones cost real money and may not be an option for all players. Tier 1 gear can be collected from dungeon drops, over time, but purchasing this gear outright saves you several months of grinding to find these items. Included in each Tier 1 set are head, chest, leg, foot, shoulder and hand pieces. The cost for each complete set is 85 stones, approximately $14.00 US (this depends on how many stones you purchase and is an estimate based on the least amount you can buy to cover the cost of all gear pieces).
Mages:
The Tier 1 Vendor set is the same whether Skyfire or Permafrost spec’d and is purchased from Brechet Darksear at the bottom of the ramp from the Observer’s Market (same as for Monks).
